So many nice things to say about this shop, its customer service, follow through, value, critical thinking, attention to detail, work ethic and compassion. Steve (General Manager) answered my call on a Sunday holiday for an emergency broken down Jeep that my daughter was driving from Nevada to San Antonio TX for a wedding. He listened to the problem, saw the urgency, and said he would do his very best to get her back on the road safely, for the best value, and as quickly as possible. He and his staff worked diligently and tirelessly for hours straight, communicated the problem, the best solution, the necessary part replacement, the estimated time to complete, and the cost. Steve gave us choices in the direction of the fix and would provide detailed updates as they worked on her car. They completed it ahead of schedule, with a reasonable cost, and she was on the road quickly with no issues since. We had an above expectation experience and would recommend going to Steve and his crew for both emergencies and scheduled services.

Very disappointed with my experience at this location. I picked up my vehicle on June 8 after service and received my receipt and paperwork. A couple of hours later, I found a Bud Light bottle cap inside my vehicle. I do not drink Bud Light nor drink in my vehicle, so I contacted the shop to ask what happened. I was told they would look into it and get back to me, but I never received a response. Yesterday and today, I was contacted and told my payment supposedly did not go through. I was asked for my CVV, which I declined to provide. I checked with my bank and confirmed the payment did go through. The employee insisted it did not and became frustrated with me during the call, stating I was not understanding him. He then explained I would receive a credit back and would need to pay again, which did not make sense. This entire situation has been very inconvenient and has left me uncomfortable enough that I now need to replace my debit card. I expected better communication, professionalism, and accountability.

I had a great experience with my mechanic. He was professional, honest, and took the time to explain everything that was going on with my vehicle. The work was completed quickly, and my car is running better than ever. The pricing was fair, and there were no surprise charges. It’s hard to find someone you can trust with your vehicle, but I definitely trust him and will be coming back for future repairs. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for reliable and quality automotive service.

I liked how they handled my brake issue with proper safety focus. They didn’t just replace pads blindly; they inspected discs, calipers, and brake fluid condition. They showed me uneven wear on the old pads and explained why it happened. After servicing, braking feels more responsive and balanced, especially during sudden stops.
